Memberships are billed monthly to the payment method on file. Secure payments are accepted via major debit/credit cards and most HSA/FSA cards. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card transactions.

MillenniMed membership services are provided directly to members and are not billed to insurance. Memberships may be canceled or modified with a 30-day notice.

MillenniMed is designed to support ongoing primary care and preventive health planning and does not replace emergency medical services. For medical emergencies, call 911 or seek immediate care.
