What is Direct Primary Care?

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a monthly membership model for primary care
without per-visit insurance billing.
You get better access, more time with your provider, and care designed around you—not the system.

Telehealth Requirements

  • A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone
  • Reliable internet or cellular connection capable of video calls
  • A private, quiet location for appointments when possible
  • An active email address and mobile phone number for communication and portal access
  • Ability to access the patient portal for forms, scheduling, and secure messaging
  • Basic comfort using video technology or a caregiver available to assist if needed
