Membership Track
A monthly subscription providing longer visits, ongoing access, proactive care planning, advocacy, and direct messaging, plus traditional primary care.
Insurance Track
Traditional primary care is billed to insurance on a per-visit basis. Standard copays, deductibles, and insurance billing rules apply.
